"Snowflakes that stay on my nose and eyelashes...

Silver white winters that melt into springs, these are a few of my favorite things..." I am instantly reminded of this song when I look at these photos I took of Natalie and Cecilia during our little bit of snow on the day before Valentine's Day.

Natalie:

Cecilia:

Together (don't they look thrilled!):
And, doing what they wanted to do-make snowballs to throw at each other (and me):

Ah, the joy of being 8! I love these girls!-even when they drive me crazy! So, the very first picture I shared is also my picture for Project 52: Week 7 "True Love".

Josh and Amanda's Engagement Photos (Winter Holiday themed)

I already have a scrapbooking/crafting blog, but I thought that I should start a separate blog to share my dabbles into the photography world. I am just a MWAC (Mom With A Camera) that loves to take pictures, but when my little brother asked me to do his engagement photos, I could hardly resist the opportunity.

Here are a few of them:
They love Starbucks, and the double meaning=bonus!

We did some Candy Cane heart shots!

I love how much fun they have together!

They got to do a lot of kissing, which I don't think they minded ;-)

The wedding date.

Then I got to try a bunch of fun shots that we wanted to do:

Pinky swear (on a side note-isn't that Levian Chocolate diamond gorgeous?)

 Backlit heart/hands

 Shadow kiss

Standing on his toes for a kiss

And we utilized the family farm equipment, too!

I love them both, and I am so happy to have her as a part of the family!
